Following my massage therapy with Michelle Lefevre LMT I felt really good. In the 2 days afterwards I have felt a little bit better each day. As someone who has had a lot of massages in my life I could really tell how thorough and talented she was very quickly during my therapeutic massage. Prior to that she sat with me for at least 30 minutes talking with me to have a thorough understanding of my issues. I couldn't recommend her higher than I do.

It is a studio that provides all the wonderful benefits of practicing yoga along with the positive effects of community. All are welcome, encouraged and loved. So proud to call it, "My Studio."
