From start to finish, all aspects of purchasing our new hot tub were great. Isabel, salesperson; very knowledgeable, pleasant, not pushy. Delivery team; professional, patient, prompt. David, lead on the delivery team, had provided service on our previous hot tub, knows all things when it comes to hot tubs. Isabel even came out for the delivery. Bought an expensive piece of pool equipment, with a defective part. The manufacturer suggested I use Spa Kingdom for assistance. Rick Walters took on my issue with an unexpected commitment and "swam upstream" for days with the manufacturer to secure me my replacement part. I cannot speak highly enough about his commitment to customer service and making a customer feel unique. Thanks again Rick for your perserverence.
