A little torn as to what rating to apply here. They were the first to arrive on a Sunday evening when our external service panel had a problem. When the tech came out he discovered that foreign debris had arced in the panel burning up the breakers for our well and one of our A/C’s. He replaced the breakers and informed us the service panel should be replaced. Getting it fixed was the objective and for that they get 5 stars. $634 for an hour at most start to finish is excessive even for a weekend evening on-call emergency visit and is deserving of 1 star so I split the difference with 3. I have been staying at the same hotel in Ellenton, Florida with a crew from EW.I have had the opportunity to speak with a few and they are such a nice group of people.You are lucky to have such great folks representing your company.

I do not use these words lightly. Prompt and professional is the way I would describe this company.. They have always done things the right way. Very good at communicating also. I would highly recommend.
