From beginning( figuring the estimate) to job complete the entire process was explained totally. They even temporarily patched the spot that was leaking awaiting the permit process to finish. I was told when work would commence and on that day I had 8 men here at 0800. By end of day I had a brand new roof and my home and yard were scoured for anything left behind. Next day a young man came and removed the dump trailer and inspected the roof again. I am very pleased with the job I received and the price point. A-plus start to finish.
The whole process of getting a new roof went as smoothly as possible. They were attentive to our questions and concerns, Mike, Jared, and Martinez were very professional as was the crew that installed the roof. Bottom Line -- The roof looks GREAT and they left us very happy with their service.
Good is good, fast is good, but good and fast is great! Very happy with cost and crew,a couple of small glitches along the way but they were resolved quickly and roof was finished successfully! OOPS after 3mths rainy season started, gutters began literally falling off my house!! Upon investigation I found several other problems. Too many to list! 2mths later, still no response. Change my rating to minus 5. They also insisted they park their trailer on drive, "company policy" I said I hope it doesn't Crack! He said nah it ain't gonna Crack. Guess what? By the way, the word Covenant doesn't make you Christian so stop using it as a sales gimmick!
