“Initially, I was apprehensive about seeing a chiropractor. However, because my daughter, son in law and grandchildren are all current patients and her high recommendation of this practice, I decided to give it a try.
Firstly, they were able to get me in literally the next day, which was greatly appreciated as I was in quite a bit of pain! And thus far, the experience and care I've been receiving is extremely beneficial.
Immediately upon arrival, Rachel greeted me by my name, a rarity in the healthcare system today. She is very professional and has a wonderful, warm personality; which helped to ease my trepidation.
During my consultation with Dr. Chapman, he was very detailed in explaining what my injury was and what the best course of action to remedy my personal situation was.
One of the many things I appreciate is the flexibility and availability of appointments for people who work full time It is also comforting to see the same patients at each of my appointments, another credit to both Dr. Chapman and Rachel.
I also love the atmosphere both inside and out, as Dr Chapman's has beautiful greenery throughout.
I highly recommend, and will continue to recommend, this practice.
