We had a garage fire that damaged adjacent rooms plus water damage from the FD, we selected to use Branam James through our insurance company, based on feedback and scoring on them from our insurance company. Their mitigation team did a great job and started within a week, Tony (General Manager) was clear on expectations and timeline completion if no “roadblocks”, We went through an incredibly stressful time, and had to move out of our home for over 4 months for the repairs to be done, well it took longer than projected due to poor performance from the assigned PM to our case (failing inspections, incorrect materials, lack of communication, etc.).
