“This is our second time building a home, and this time we went with Townsley Construction. Building a house in general can be stressful, but Josh and Anne, and the entire Townsley team made this experience great. We are currently 2 months after our move-in /closing date and we absolutely love our home (Hamblin). They have been extremely responsive and reliable with warranty work (which happens with every new home), and it shows that they take pride in their brand and workmanship. Townsley’s used excellent sub-contractors to get the job done, and most of them were not only good at their trade, but friendly and professional. In todays age of building, that was refreshing. “Mike and his team did a fantastic job on our home in Lecanto. He had to reconfigure how our pool cage attached to the gutters which were done incorrectly many, many years ago. Mike and team installed 7" super gutters, new downspouts, 2 new patio screen doors, a kickplate around the cage, and new screens for cage and home. I am probably forgetting something - it was such a big job. He works in conjunction with Joshua Daniel of Painting with Faith which made the job go so smoothly. Joshua did an awesome job painting our very old and very large pool cage. They were all a great group of men that it was a pleasure to do business with.“

The attention to detail by the whole crew was so appreciated. The Sheffield crew of guys were all courteous and polite and addressed all concerns during the build out. The subcontractors that they brought to the project were managed by Vic and all work was done to high standards. The two lead people I had on the project Mike and Eddy were great to work with and did a great job and really care about the quality of work that is done.
