“Today April -8-2924 I went to a great acupuncturist Thomas Chavie I have been to many different acupuncture sessions BUT NEVER LIKE THIS ONE : a lot of different procedures that I have never had .I never knew that I had problems in my back that was causing the pain in my right leg . He did 1 1/2 hour ,I have never had this king of mix acupuncture and chiropractic at the same time . All I knew ,I could go upstairs with practically no pain in my leg!!! “I picked Dr Watson based on her Google reviews. Her reviews definitely match her care..... I have seen her now for a couple of months due to somehow continuing to slip my disc. Honestly, at first I felt indifferent about her care, but it was very important to me to build a good relationship with a GOOD chiropractor. I got to know her personality and style. Today, I had an appointment....I had injured myself standing too long and waiting until this appointment to bring up being in such agony. I'm not lying when I'm telling you that my back is SO MUCH better. I should've seen her earlier in the week... Lesson learned. In December 2023, after 5 years of leading a nomadic lifestyle, I returned to Florida with very aggravated lower back. Dr. Rona was literally the first person I saw the day I arrived to town. She worked with me over the course of 6 weeks to help me alleviate my chronic back pain and begin to feel energized and thriving again.

I’ve been coming here for weekly treatments when I lived in the area and now make the trek from West Palm every few weeks to maintain.

It’s been 3 months and my pain hasn’t returned (with somatic exercises and fascia stretching I continue doing at home).

I wish I could still come every week. In my mid 30s now, acupuncture has become my go-to method to improve my overall wellbeing and maintain my health (with the goal to age gracefully!)
