Prompt same day assessment! Jose was very thorough, explaining the process from discovering mold to remediation. Jose was kind to my daughter who was quite inquisitive with his equipment and what he was doing. The assessment was completed on the weekend and I received the assessment report the following Monday. It helped me to show my Apartment Managers the severity of the issue and with his report a repair of the affected area is scheduled.
