A friend of mine tried to get her hair done here by lovelie and she double booked her appointments! When my friend went in she was washing someone else’s hair, with no care in the world and no sense of urgency!She also told my friend there was no need to bring her own hair because she could purchase some the salon and when she got there was no one to sell any bundles! This woman did not even care. She was very rude and has yet to refund my friend the $25 deposit. Terrible customer service!!
absolutely horrible, i got a haircut from some haitian man there yesterday asked him for a low taper he gave me the opposite and pushed my bars back, never going there again worst barber in lauderdale lakes
Great salon and amazing service! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Yvette who colors my hair takes the time to listen to me and give me the results I really want and in the process of being there for hours I always have a great time and lots of laughs. I will stick to this salon!
