Staff is horrible(specifically Jose), unusual mix of a private company that you must work with to get through county mandated tasks. Inconsiderate and willing to take your money with no refunds regardless the reasoning(even if they have misled you on your “needs”) They will make you feel like the problem and will give you a much harder time then their competitor which is metro traffic school(which I’d recommend every time over this place). When navigating unknown situations you want people you can trust and this is not the case here. You have another option. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!
Words cannot explain how much I recommend you stay away from this place. 14 months into recovery and they still recommended me for treatment in order to get my license. The employees are rude and incompetent. They have 0 real world experience all they know is whatever garbage they tell themselves. They know you need the class done in order to get your license and will do whatever it takes in order to cause as much as an inconvenience to your life as possible. Please stay away far away from here
Thank you for helping. Getting a DUI is probably the worse thing that could happen. This was the first place that treated me with respect. I learned so much from the class and the teacher was great. The speakers they brought in either helped me by explaining so many things, and my heart broke for those who killed others in their DUI. I felt so fortunate that this did not happen to me. A mother came in and I thought "oh no, here it goes Mothers against drunk drivers" but she lost her son and said "be grateful my son never got a chance to come to this class, or get arrested, I would give anything if he could, but he died going 15 miles an hour and hit a tree in our yard." He made it home, but not alive. Thank you all.
