My husband and I enjoy taking Paz’ yoga class. It’s good for our ages and skill levels and is exactly what we need at the end of the week. The class has helped with our breath work and flexibility.
Paz was amazing! She accommodated my last minute appointment request and worked with my hair. Between the service and the care recommendations, I am so happy she was able to take care of me.
Practicing Yoga on the Lauderdale-by-the Sea beach at sunrise is amazing. Paz, the instructor, is truly an exceptionally gifted individual.
