Awful. Used him last year. No issues. This year was a train wreck. Dropped off documents on 3/12 and he never filed. He had gone ghost and we just want our documents back. Don't ever go here. Zero communication.

There's no pressure cooker, but I did understand a lot about how taxes are structured and a new perspective regarding dependents, quarterly dues, and the secret to breaking from the race to the Derby.

Do NOT take your taxes here. The reviews are very misleading. This person wasted our time holding onto our taxes for a month with no work done. He did not file an extension as needed and we are being penalized by the IRS for that. The extension is FREE!! All that had to be done was a form be submitted electronically through the website. He has been telling us that the taxes will be done and days to pick them up, but when we arrive he would say to give him more time. So very unprofessional. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN WITH YOUR TAXES.
