I had a great experience with The Drain Team. I realized I had a leak on a Saturday, but didn't know where it was. I called the drain team and spoke to John. I was looking for someone to do a leak detection. John set up for Mike to come out. he was there in about 2 hours. Mike was awesome. Spent a couple hours and found where the leak was. The leak was under the slab of the house in a hallway near my kitchen. John sent out Josh and Will to do the repair. They cut into the slab and it turns out Mike was within 6 inches of the leak. Christopher 392 did a great job. I had 4 estimates and The Drain Team was the first and best. The explanation given by Christopher for the work involved was clear. The work was completed quickly, clean and in a professional manner.

We were super pleased with our service from Drain Team. Scheduling was prompt and Dylan took care of our problem with friendliness, professionalism and speed. Our toilet was running and he fixed it. We will call them again for any plumbing problems and recommend Dylan and Drain Team.
