It's been two years since our son died. We were finally ready to make plans for ourselves and him. We were fortunate to have Amanda Yandow as our planning consultant. She left no stone unturned, knows her job, got us the best prices, and found us a family resting spot that far exceeded our expectations. She listened to us and really heard us. Wanting to begin travelling, she even took care of insurance to cover us when traveling so that if a mishap occurs for one of us, we will effortlessly, and at no extra cost, make it back to her facility in Largo. Cannot say enough positive about her services.
My family’s experience with Serenity was exceptional. They were kind and caring. They made the process very easy. In a time when things are overwhelming and sad they made our experience very pleasant and nice. Thank you again for a great job!
