Had an emergent situation with water leaking from the floor above, called Roto and they very graciously gave me today apt. So grateful for DeMarcus help! He is a credit to your facility.
It was a Holiday weekend, our drains became stopped up and we had to find someone to help us, the wife called a couple of places but couldn't come until after the holiday weekend. She called Roto Rooter here in Tampa and they sent someone out right away. Not too long after Jack from RR showed up and surveyed the issue and started to work right away, in a short time there was a team here to help get us back in working order. My drain access plug was buried I had no idea where it was, they teamed up found it and not soon after it was all done. I had a problem with my toilet and Roto Rooter quickly scheduled a plumber to come out.Edwin was my plumber. He was knowledgeable of the situation and quickly took care of my issue. I would highly recommend using Roto Rooter for anyone with plumbing problems.
