After being diagnosed with bursitis in my hip I was very skeptical to hear that physical therapy would help. The staff has sn insane amount of knowledge to help you achieve your goals and are patient and willing to help. My progress has been remarkable after 6 sessions. If you need physical therapy I highly recommend this place..
I was referred to Renewal by a friend due to having hypermobility. I was surprised to learn that Mike’s fiancé also did, so he was familiar with what was going on with my body. He helped me officially get diagnosed with Hypermobile EDS, which I’ve had my entire life and finally got diagnosed at 37! He was straight forward with me that this would be a lifelong journey and that improvements wouldn’t come quickly, which was super appreciated! I’ve been seeing Mike and his team for a year now and have seen what I call “micro improvements”. Let's talk about the awesome staff they have at the Largo location. OMG...There's this young man named Mark who helped whip my mother back into shape. He is amazingly patient and extraordinary funny! Every time I turnt around it was another story about "let me tell you what Mark had me doing today. He made me do this. He made me do this." And gets mad whenever he was not there. Lol. He is truly a god send and very passionate about helping people in their time of need. Definitely book with him.
