Product and service is fantastic. Techs arrived and setup within the same day, even discussed best practices for setup and gave me a few different options for how they could install it. I ended up burying it at the front of my house.Since installation I can see, feel and taste a complete difference in the quality of the water I'm drinking and how it effects my appliances and home in general. I'll have a full water system at any future home I live in and would certainly recommend going through Purity Bay.
