Dr. Howell is the BEST! I just moved to town and my kitty wasn't well. They were able to get me in the same day I called. There was a waiting room available right when I walked inside. Dr. Howell was extremely patient, kind, listened when I spoke, and watched the videos I took of my kittys ailments. He took his time so I didn't feel rushed and is so genuine when asking/answering questions. The vet assistant Vicky was super kind and patient as well. I could tell my kitty was feeling much better very soon after the meds they gave her. We came to Midway on a referral after our puppy ended up hospitalized twice due to missed bloodwork findings elsewhere.

My son has temp job in CA. I have been watching his dog. She is 15 and started to fall down and not able to get up. We called during the week in the morning 6 local vets. None of them could see her until next week! Midway was our last call before the ER. They didn't hesitate and told us to bring her at 4 that same day! They close at 5. The doctor found a large tumor on her groin. They worked on her, took needle biopsy then gave her anesthesia to do a biopsy . He operated and cleaned all the dead cells out of the mass.
