Benjamin Brook came out for routine servicing and it was a great experience. He is so knowledgeable, answers all questions, and makes sure you feel comfortable & confident in his treatment plan. I will 100% be booking with him again if needed in the future!

justin did a great job on my apartment, explained everything and ensured me that my cat and kids were safe from any chemicals . he carefully sprayed just the area that needed it which was out if the typical area that we would touch or walk or anything like that. i havent seen any pests since ive been in this apartment and because of justin and massey services it will stay that way!!
