I have been a patient for 6-years now and the level of medical care is great! I have no complaints with any regards to my medical care - "A+". However, a chronic frustrating issue is the time you have to wait after arriving on-time for an appointment and then, the delay in the exam room. I have on multiple occasions waited between 45-to-60 minutes to see the PA or Dr. Mahajan. On a few appointments, I've come very close to walking out after waiting in an exam room for 45 minutes or one hour! This is disrespectful to their patients! So, if you are scheduling an appointment ahead of a visit, be prepared to wait! I've brought this to both Jackie B and Dr Mahajan's attention only you again as in today's situation, waited for 45 minutes past my entry into the exam room. I understand sometimes a patient may need more time that anticipated however, not all patients should cause such an unacceptable delay to schedules. But, in my experience, this is not a one time delay. My grade is "F".
