Had a tenant who was a garbage person and took bottles of ketchup and squirted it all over the new carpet. Called around 7:00 p.m. and Magic Steamers were able to make an emergency appointment and get out to me the next day. Was very upfront with pricing did not make any promises that they could not keep. End up getting the carpets completely clean and normal. Was very easy to speak to on the phone and upfront with pricing very appreciative I was able to find this company. But highly recommend to anyone who wants good service and honesty
