L.A. TAN

I've been twice so far and both experiences have been perfect! Beds are nice and well ventilated. The atmosphere is quiet and the rooms are private with door locks. Beds are super easy to use, press 'on' and that's it.

The full bottles of lotion they sell are expensive, which is to be expected at any salon, tanning or otherwise. If you bring your own lotion, make sure it's rated for tanning beds!!

I'm glad this salon is nearby, since the clouds are unpredictable and LA Tan is now my perfect backup.

Btw, they run a special on Tuesdays, $5 level 1 (10 min) & $6 level 2 (15 min) tan sessions :)

Their employee, Taylor is so wonderful. Every time I go in to tan she has been super sweet and personable. I was there one day when they were having an issue with a bed and the line to tan started getting backed up; she was the only employee at the time and handled the situation with grace. Making sure to acknowledge everyone who came in and apologize for the wait. She was not flustered and did not get annoyed at the long line of people coming in. She handled every single customer with a positive and friendly attitude making sure their needs were met to the best of her ability. She shows this much compassion anytime I’m there and they are lucky to have her.

As others have said, it started off good. Going into my 3rd month there, I had a question and called numerous times during business hours, no answer. I understand being busy but every single time? I called at 9:30 this morning and the phone was picked up and put down, hanging up on me. No thank you. EDIT: TO THE PERSON WHO ASKED ME TO CONTACT THEM, PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME VIA FACEBOOK.
