They send knowledgeable techs the next day, are in constant communication and quickly find all the parts. Tom and Rocky did an amazing with the install and explained all issues. Other than having to wait 2nights and 1 day without cooling for the part to arrive, technician was here as soon as the part arrived. Warranty covered parts and labor! Would have gotten 5 stars if I had been lent a window unit overnight like when I had it all installed…update* ac encountered some pressure issues after topping off refrigerant, came out the next day and had it blowing cold immediately!
