I've had hip pain for several years. I finally went to the chiropractor and that helped some, but was still having tightness in my hip flexor muscles. The chiropractor suggested I get a sports massage, so I did a Google search and found Gary. He was able to see me quickly. The appointment took much longer than I originally expected, as Gary spent quite a bit of time in conversation, asking me about my problems, and his philosophy on massage therapy. After one session I could tell an immediate difference. After two, I'm amazed. Gary has done incredible work on helping me move forward in my wellness goals. Thank you!
Is rolfing for golfing? I want to say yes! First time deep tissue massage. Great experience and results. I feel more planted on the ground and swing was freer. Very impressed with Gary's work. I'm going back for more.
Gary Aldrich has worked on several employees of ours that have had some back injuries. We have seen great results from their sessions with Gary. We will continue to his services for similar situations that arise.
