I have been with Nates before Coastal took it over. Every time I call talk to a representative about my billing, need a new can always nice and very professional. the drivers that picks up my trash off Selma Ave are always nice and do a super job. I know people complain about how much it went up and costs more. Those drivers, and guys on the back of the truck deserves a pay raise, especially if they're doing a good job. Everything has gone up and yes I would like to pay less, but it is what it is. Thanks for taking care of my garbage services.

Driver forced me off the road, on my bicycle. Going too fast for the residential neighborhood and driving on the wrong side of the road. Could have just as easily been a small child darting in to the roadway.

Horrible work environment... The supervisor donny at the Hudson location don't know how to communicate with people he thinks he's still in the military and can just degrade people and talk to them however he feels necessary and when you call HR about it they fire you instead on getting there employee under control ..
