This was the first pool we have ever built and could not be more pleased. Katie communicated with us thorough out the process. We live out of state so this was very important. While they were not the cheapest you get what you pay for and our pool looks beautiful.

Quick to respond and right on time. He was very honest and put no pressure on us to proceed with work. He was extremely kind and professional. Will definitely use Carter Pools to do needed work as required down the road.
