This was our first pool build, so we had lots of questions, and they were very responsive and always approachable, helping us understand our design options and the whole pool building process, even post-construction support too. This was the first pool we have ever built and could not be more pleased. Katie communicated with us thorough out the process. We live out of state so this was very important. While they were not the cheapest you get what you pay for and our pool looks beautiful.
