    The Infusion Pharmacy is the worst department I ever experienced in my life. Trainers do not train. Director is Cruela per all the departments in that building. I tried to ignore it but, I witnessed it first hand. They expect you to learn a job in 3 weeks or they will sabotage you to leave or quit. This was not supposed to be my BayCare Experience. It is not like the commercial. I will also be writing to the Department of Labor regarding the non-support of this sad company. Patient's are better of going elsewhere for care and to "be" cared about.

    Baycare doesn't serve you ... you serve them! From 1st appt. they were incompetent. When I asked if I could call the techie who fit me with any questions, she LAUGHED at me and said "no." And now that I've quit the program AND they insisted they come here to pick up the equipment, they're still calling, messaging and emailing me to order new supplies. Dumb?? Maybe they're not getting enough sleep.

    Worst company- sent my CPAP to get fixed. Was returned with the same problem and with a different bag that is torn at the side. I called once a week and each week they would say the supervisor not in, will give them a message, waited 3 weeks for a supervisor to call me. Going to another company.
