Dr.J is the best! Explains everything in detail, is gentle, and kind. Getting in for an emergency is no problem. Him and his staff, all of them, are wonderful and caring. The office is very cute too. 😊
I used them for the first time yesterday. My dentist retired and I was searching for a new one. They are close to my house and were able to get me in for X-rays and a cleaning. I also had a treatment plan from my old dentist Dr J established his own and is ready to start work 2 days later. Good experience as good as a dentist can be.
I have huge anxiety of dentists because of past experiences, my heart rate was really high as they checked it before the tooth extraction. but this place talked me through it all like I was someone they knew personally. Dr J and his tech Nancy were so great with me and never made me feel any less because of how bad my anxiety was, I could tell they wanted to make sure I wouldn't have a bad experience again in a dentist office. Megan at the front desk was so informative on everything, down to what my insurance included since I was having issues getting my insurance setup and couldn't see it myself, she was wonderful herself. I even set another appointment to go back in 2-3 weeks for a cleaning and preventative care on my other teeth. I highly recommend them and will continue to go here for all my teeth care. thanks again Bardmoor family dental!
