He is professional, personable, always willing to listen to my concerns and takes the time to help me understand some of the various treatments and complications with my lawn. We've had Arrow for a while now and even though it hasn't been a perfect relationship, they by far have been the best we've had...... and we've had quite a few lawn care companies. All started out decent but after a few months they always ended up killing our yard or letting bugs take over. Arrow has been solid, even with a few little yard issues here and there, they always make the right adjustments. We get tons of compliments on our grass.
