Today Air-Flo / Erwood installed a brand new air conditioner in my condo. The men arrived at exactly the time they said they would. The two men that installed the new air conditioner were extremely proficient and extremely neat. They initially said that it could be until 4 o'clock before they would finish, however, by 1:30 pm they were totally done and cleaned up and were on their way out. They even noticed that the support holding the platform that my hot water tank was on was not tight at the beam, so they tightened the support so that the platform would not come down. This company is GREAT. Took the time to correctly find the issue with our A/C. Got the part swapped out, and it was all covered under warranty. Went the extra mile for sure. 5-star!
