They came out last week when my compressor stopped kicking in. The problem turned out to be a fail-safe I bumped while cleaning the drain pipe, which was an easy fix! While he was here, I had him fix a safety issue I'd been ignoring for awhile. I think the tech's name was Jonathan. He also answered some questions on cleaning the coils. I'll definitely call Air 15 next time I need HVAC work.
