I called PC Revive to replace the lid from my touchscreen Dell Inspiron laptop. I had the part but was unable to complete the repair myself. I found PC Revive and saw the high ratings, so I called them and had a home visit appointment for the next day. Brian was delayed helping another customer, but kept in constant communication so I knew when he would arrive. Once Brian arrived he was very professional, and had my laptop back up and running in less than 30 minutes. If I ever have any future computer issues I will definitely use PC Revive again. Superb!

i am only 95 years old and have had the honor and privilege of having Evan come ,to my home to address computer problems that had arisen due to my ineptness and to my not understanding the many, many functions of my computer His first visit taught me of his vast knowledge of my new computer. The second .l visit was far more complicated . Evan kept trying different methods until he solved my problem and took the necessary ways to avoid the, Evan kepst his cool at all times even though he was dealing with a crodtulenf senior wg-ho is relatively new to t he computer game.
