“Dr. Linzer is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, he was joking with my daughter, making her feel comfortable immediately. The office staff and MA were fast and efficient. The office was tailored towards kids with tvs in the waiting room and patient rooms to entertain the kids while you wait. When Dr. Linzer came in to examine my daughter, he was again joking with her, giving her little toys (which she loved, of course). Then asked her if he could examine her!!! Since we were there late and most pharmacies were closed, they gave us her first round of antibiotics so we could wait to get the rx filled in the morning.If your kid is sick, and you need an urgent care, don’t hesitate to come!!! One of my best pediatrician interactions!!“

“I have an irrational fear of doctors that started when I was a little kid. So, I don't go as often as I need to for check ups etc until something feels off.Rest assured Dr.B and his staff are the most interpersonal and friendly people I've ever met, in or out of a doctors office. I went in about a week and a half ago with a chest cold that turned into a nasty nasty sinus infection. He prescribed antibiotics which cleared my chest up immediately, the sinus infection is still a work in progress and has caused some nose bleeds. I went to him immediately at 8 AM (Today) and was seen right away. More importantly he listened to ALL of my concerns no mater how outlandish and even let me take a quick snooze in the office just so I felt comfortable doing the same at home. I'm a new resident of Florida and had no clue where to turn for my primary needs, I do now. The positive reviews are spot on. I'm naturally an emotional guy, but the care I felt is unmatched. He even invited me to come back ASAP if it happened again with a plan of attack. If you're on the fence about where to go for your medical needs, you've found your place. Period.I heard a lot of laughter from parents with sick children too. It's truly a GEM!*Side Note // Just in Case* If you're Black like me and worried about being treated fairly and heard, again, this place is for you!“

“This has been my primary care for almost a year now and I can honestly say I have never been happier. The entire team is absolutely amazing and each team member goes the extra mile to ensure their patients are taken care of. Dr. Yousef and his team easily set the standard for customer service and quality care. The way they conduct themselves should be looked at as a beacon of inspiration for other locations. As a side note, I have never, in my adult life had a Dr. call me at 7pm on a Friday night to check up on me after an appointment. I'm not sure if this is common practice; however, I can say that simple action gained them a lifetime patient. A big thank you to Dr. Yousef and the team at Lifetime Family Urgent Care.“

“I had to make another appointment for care at this location since the care at 9208 N. 56th Street was unbelievably sub-par.The nurse practitioner Elizabeth Sirban was a true professional in every sense of the word. She showed concern and compassion at a superior level.I highly recommend this location that is clean, well-lit offering healthcare patients welcome and deserve.“

“Called in advance for my wife and they were very helpful. Once we got there front office staff was fast. Nurses/med assistants were very comforting. Saw doctor in less than 20 minutes and he was great. Examined my wife and her pain and gave her so great alternatives. He did not make her go through a lot tests as he felt comfortable with his diagnosis. Picked up prescription at pharmacy 20 minutes later. This was a great experience and very comforting to my wife that she did not have a bigger issue.“
