I never write reviews but in this case it had to be done. I called two electricians on Sunday because my lights were dimming when we used the microwave or dryer. Rudisill called me back at 7:50 Monday morning and that is not even the best part. I explained my issue to Barb and she informed me that Rick was slammed today but he might be able to help if I had a moment to chat now. Rick jumped on the phone with me and diagnosed the issue on the spot. Turns out, I did not need a electrician, it was a Teco issue. I am still waiting for the second electrician to call me back. I have used Rudisill many times over the years and each time he has done a great job!!
We made an appointment for service and emailed a picture of the problem. Rick called us and talked us through fixing it ourselves. It was easy once you knew what to do. He saved us money. We will definitely call them for future work.
Very happy with Rick’s work, advice and knowledge all around the house. We were pleased with the removal of old and installations of new fans and chandeliers. Trustworthy, responsible, knowledgeable, responsive and reasonable.
