I just had an amazing talk with the owner of this company. Not only is he compassionate and kind. But he understands what the Customer needs and the frustration that could be with the device or the service. He knows how to listen to all issues and is able to understand how to resolve in a professional And friendly manner. I look forward to meeting the staff to understand how the company works to be able to have worked on on my computer. Each and every time we take a computer here, it comes back great. Equipment, service, techs, location, speed. Not a thing can be said that is not good. price, speed and everything you would want in a service is done here and you will never leave unhappy.

Steve is very patient. I'm 78 and not very computer savvy. I find that young people speak fast and think you are an idiot when you don't understand. Steve explains it slowly and easy to understand. ? And the best news is that they are excellent in fixing your problems. Also, prices are more than reasonable.
