Our healthy 6 year old cat suddenly stopped eating and drinking. We called LOL Animal Hospital and they got us in right away. After a blood test, xray, fluids and a shot for nausea, we took her home. The next day they followed up with me and added an appetite stimulant. She's now back to normal. I am very thankful.
I visited under very stressful circumstances. Every employee was very understanding and compassionate. Multiple remedies were offered without judgment. The vet and all other employees were respectful and follow-up was appreciated.
Today was our first visit with Dr. Kren, and he was incredibly intelligent and thorough. Hands down, this was the best veterinary experience I’ve had in all my years of owning cats. After today’s visit, I truly believe that if Dr. Kren had been our veterinarian years ago when our sweet Betsy passed at such a young age, she might still be with us today because he would have been able to diagnose her correctly.
I want to be clear — I genuinely miss the previous doctor here, Dr. M, who was always kind and gentle. But even with prices going up, and even though it honestly pains me to support a corporate practice (something I strongly dislike due to my own past...read full review
