I work at a bank and probably could have done a better job than this. These are the photos of the tile on my brand new home. Yikes. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. They installed the tile in our shower and it is literally coming off the wall. We called several times and each time I got a different excuse for why it wasn't their fault. I had a professional come out and fix the tile who confirmed that Great Britain installed the tile incorrectly using Mastic mortar instead of Thinset. Mastic is NOT WATERPROOF and is used for small backsplash in your kitchen... are you kidding me? The schluter (the frame around the tile) is also supposed to be in one piece, and they installed it in several small pieces put together and looks terrible.

Absolutely the worst quality tile job I have ever seen. There willBe many photos uploaded shortly. Spoke with office manager several times. Company is currently under multiple lawsuit’s for current issue. Both bathroom wall tiles have to be replaced. GROUT threw the entire house is disintegrating. Company hides behind builder yet the contract clearly states they Great Britain tile is response for work and warranty. Their fix is to cover it up and use grout busters. Gave them several emails and calls to fix issue at hand. BEST part is the job was done less then a year and issue and documentation done days after floor install and bathrooms 08/01/2023 more then fair before...read full review
