I purchased the maintenance agreement when I bought my new A/C unit a few years ago, and the agreement includes annual electrical and plumbing checks in addition to semi-annual a/c checks. Today was the plumbing check and my technician was professional, friendly, on time as scheduled, and everything I would hope for from a service person. I highly recommend Cornerstone Pros!
