We got a few estimates before deciding to go with Budget Painting. Not only was their pricing the best for our needs, but I quickly got the sense that Heather was going to go above and beyond to earn our business. From explaining the work that was laid out in the estimate, to offering her opinions on what colors would look good with our roof and home accents and keeping in touch while we waiting weeks for our HOA to approve our colors she let us know they would be ready every step of the way. I was also very impressed with her responsiveness regularly replying to Any questions or concerns within the hour. She never once made me feel like I was a bother and seemed genuinely happy to help however she could. Their crew did an amazing job with our home. The evening after they painted it rained VERY heavily which caused the need for just a few minor touch ups in a couple of areas. I asked Heather if it would be possible to send the crew back for the touch ups and she did not hesitate to accommodate. Just a top notch job all around and I would recommend them to anyone. Would rate 10 stars if I could!
