I scheduled an 8:40 AM appointment for a simple School physical and walked out after waiting 45 minutes another patient had an 8:10 AM appt and she walked out with me. We tried knocking on the Dr’s door with no answer, tried calling the advent phone number and were told they couldn’t call their clinic to see if Dr was even in and Walgreens pharmacy and manager could only tell us “they don’t know if the Dr is there”. Light were on and kiosk let us all check in but waiting for over an hour with no way to contact anyone is ridiculous.

The website is awful to schedule an appointment, no one mentioned signing in AFTER confirming the appointment. Waited from 2:55pm when they requested me to wait for a 3:10pm appointment. Sat in the waiting area and no one directed me to anything. When a women came in complaining no appointments were available for the day the doctor/practitioner gave her my appointment even when I was sitting right there and when I mentioned that was my appointment he said I had to sign in. But what's the point of the confirming over phone AND signing in and not letting the patient know to sign in. If I could give less stars I would, never coming here again.

I was advised to come here while waiting for a doctors appointment with a doctor I haven’t seen yet, so I could get refills on my medications so I wouldn’t run out. In the mean time before this appointment I had not been feeling well. I was very impressed with how kind and empathetic and very thorough she was! I believe her name was Dina. She was very caring and knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend! Couldn’t of gone any better and she really makes you comfortable
