Hands-down the best Urgent Care I've ever been to, and at age 69, I've been to a lot. The providers at this clinic listen so well, and do a fantastic job of giving you the care you need. I went in for acute back pain, and while I won't go into everything in detail, they provided a multifaceted approach to mitigate my pain, which I fully suspect will save my upcoming cross-country trip from being a bit of a disaster. Both Whitney, my nurse, and Lisa, my nurse practitioner, were kind and extremely caring. This is the 3rd time I've been seen at this Urgent Care, and they have afforded me the same high level of care every time. Highly recommended!
Outstanding, patient-centered care. At Grand Living at Lakewood Ranch we rely on the center for urgent care and their geriatric care division for excellent on-site medical care which includes chronic care-management for our residents. The team that visits directly in the community is highly responsive, professional, and truly understand the unique needs of the assisted-living community and the geriatric population. Having the center available, has also been a wonderful experience and has given us the opportunity to really reduce hospitalizations. As the director of Grand Living At Lakewood Ranch, I can honestly share that they are a fantastic medical partner!!!
