The radiology staff was friendly, efficient, and competant. The receptionist, La'Kesha, was polite, smiling, and engaging while checking me in. She makes you feel welcome.The radiologist tech explained the procedure to me and made sure I was comfortable during the test. Great job!

Excellent place to come for an urgent care visit. I came in because I took a fall and my shoulder was hurting. The staff here is excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Everyone took the time to listen to my issue and were extremely helpful. Plus this was the quickest visit to an urgent care I have ever had. Very little waiting.

Update - unbelievably great staff. They have helped me every time ive needed it. It can be extremely difficult in Florida to get in to see you primary care or any specialist you're already working with (a good month just to get an appointment with a specialist), there are just too many people here now. I have an inflamed cercival issue, and SMH heritage Harbour team listened to me, empathized with the issue, and provided a solution that gave immediate relief. Ive been calling the spine guy for a week... I like this location more than other smh urgent care locations. I even exclusively get my MRI's done here.Only downfall is the online check-in does not reserve your spot...read full review
