“Jill Rose was absolutely amazing. She listened carefully to history and experience with vertigo and then took me back to perform Epley Maneuvers. She explained every step and walked me through the process, telling me to breathe when she could see that I was dizzy. It's been 3 days since the procedures and I'm feeling GREAT, at 100% improvement. My ENT specialist who previously performed the procedure didn't do it the way Jill did and I didn't have the same result. If this happens again I'll be calling Jill directly. I've already referred a friend who has vertigo to Jill/Kaizen.“

I’ve been to many PT offices — including one that’s very well-known one building over — and nothing compares to the clean, personalized experience here. As a germaphobe, it’s hard for me to do PT. But everything that’s touched here is cleaned thoroughly and that gave me great comfort.

This office truly feels like a well-oiled machine with Dr. Bob leading the way. He is exceptional with all things PT. He has so much knowledge and insight about the intricacies of the human body. It’s really amazing.
