I had a really bad experience at another location but decided to give Great Clips one more try. Autumn cut my hair here the first time, and she was absolutely lovely and skilled. The opposite of my other experience. She made me want to keep coming here. I came back a second time recently when Autumn was out, and got Tanya, who was absolutely wonderful and talented as well! I am so happy with my cut and would have her cut my hair anytime. Thank you for turning things around for me ladies :)

I am always certain that I will get the haircut I am after when I see Hope Gibbons at Kings Crossing. She listens carefully and is very talented with her scissors! Even darin to suggest that what I want won't work! She always knows what is best! I will see no one else!

These 2 ladies were so sweet to me and my 3 girls!! They got us right in and took care of each of us and made us feel welcome and cared for and cut our hair just as we said we wanted! We will definitely be back!!
