After 1 year of being away from these great YOGIs..Michelle is such an earthy..Best YOGA instructor, caring I cant say enough !!! So glad to be back ..Everyone on earth should do Yoga..It would be a better World..

Great yoga classes for anyone that is looking to improve flexibility and strength. Michelle really cares about her students progress and gives great tips on how to ease into the practice. I have learnt so much doing Michelle’s classes and my inversions are getting stronger too. Can’t recommend enough.
