She explains step by step what she's done and tries to teach you how to do it yourself. She doesn't throw all those tech words at you, she explains it so simply and actually makes it easy to understand. She's not intimidating and makes you feel capable of doing it on your own. Shauna did such an amazing job repairing our technology issues! She did not disregard our concerns but listened and worked specifically on areas where needed her help.. She also educated me on some of my apps, so that I had peace of mind. She fixed something on our home internet that would have probably never been checked by our internet company. We highly recommend her and should have done this a lot sooner. We will be calling on her expertise again in the future!

I’m a first time pc builder, and Shawna helped me out when my pc wouldn’t boot. Turned out to be something small, but was a relief to have someone more experienced take a look. She’s easy to book with, so I was able to book for the next day, and it’s nice not having to haul my pc into a shop, and leave it there for half the week. She was friendly and professional, and explained the steps she took to fix the problem. After that I had an issue with my motherboard’s wifi, and she helped me troubleshoot that as well. Her prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend. (:
