Shawna has helped me with technical issues several times. She is very professional and always on time. She knows what she's doing and works diligently until the issue is fixed. Technician Shauna came to my home on time. Assessed the problem with my printer not talking to the computer. She fixed that and also tuned up my computer. Very efficient and pleasant person. Highly recommend.
