I was referred here by a co-worker of mine. I will say the process from checking in, filling out paperwork to visiting the First Lady who took my BP/tested for strep and finally went into the room to see the Dr and leaving the clinic. Everything went so good, smooth and very quick with the appointment. Definitely 10/10 ?

Don't know what the complainers are whining about. My wife and I have been going to watson for several years now and have yet to have any complaints. I would suggest that if you are unhappy with the service that you might be happy elsewhere. I would suspect that the complainers are older people who have nothing better to do with their time but complain.

I was visiting Lakeland and needed to see a Dr. for an infection that couldn't wait until I got home to Oregon. None of the urgent care centers near me had very good ratings so I chose the one that was closest to my hotel and I'm glad I did. Watson South is spacious, clean, modern, well staffed. The staff is efficient and friendly. Most importantly, I was seen by Dr. Wells within about 30-40 minutes (which is very good for urgent care.). He was professional, thorough and helpful. Because he knew my husband and I were leaving the area within 1 to 2 hours. he gave me a paper script so I could take it to the a pharmacy that could fill it the quickest. (It was a Sunday morning so some were closed). This worked very well for us. The woman who greeted me as I entered (and handed me paperwork to fill out) Urgent Care was helpful and friendly also. (I think her name is Christine but I'm not sure.) I rate them 5 out of 5!
