Through a mixup with Homeadvisor, VPM called me and I thought it was another service I called for a quote. I was happy that he did call. VPM was prompt and very informative. He also explained his services clearly without all the scientific talk (didn't try to talk over my head). He did not appear rushed, was not rude and was indeed very professional. His appearance and equipment was clean and I felt very secure with him in my home. His quote was competitive and I feel he did more than the quote presented. I had him perform services on the spot as he was available. I certainly recommend this company for pest control services.
